Marco and I went for a quick trip to Germany on the weekend. We spent time with my parents in Bremerhaven, said goodbye to the house I grew up in, said hello to my parents' new abode (a gorgeous 60s bungalow), had a fun evening at a sailors' pub, met up with both sets of grandparents and my lovely aunt & her boyfriend, had lots of good bread & produce, and of course, Kaffee und Kuchen. I brought back photos, they'll be up over the next few days. I took the ones below with my phone, on our Sunday afternoon family walk.

Lovely photos! I think I like the first one best, but it's hard to choose. I hope I can make it to Germany one day!
