I guess spring is coming...


I saw this magnificent fellow 
a little while back. 
 
That is, 
my cat Mae saw him first. 
 
But this butterfly was just resting
and basking in the sun.
 
He did not get chased 
and I was able 
to take a few pictures.

    He must have found somewhere really cosy to see out the winter. Lets hope he can make it through.
